No doubt about it, the “garden” in our new house was not worthy of the name. A narrow space with cracked concrete paving and rustic, overgrown planters did not suit the elegance of our listed Georgian terrace. Dan helped us visualise what the space might become, asking questions about how we would like to use our garden and coming up with a design that was simple and beautiful. In this strange year of COVID restrictions, Dan was able to make only one visit to do the measuring up. Zoom meetings and emails filled in the rest of the detail, and within a short time, we had a design we loved. We can’t wait to see it completed… but that’s another COVID story.

MY STORY
DRJP Designs was founded in Bristol in 2017 with the pursuit of creating beautiful spaces that enhance your home and maximise your usable space.
Whether I’m designing a complete garden or just a small seating area, my goal is to create aesthetically pleasing and livable spaces. Behind every great garden is a great design.
I have been designing for over 10 years. In 2017 I earned my diploma from the renowned Garden Design School in Bristol, before that I finished a degree in Illustration.
Since 2015 I have also been landscaping, learning the ropes from some very talented garden people.
I have a unique perspective into design principles, with the knowledge of how plans will work in the ground.
